CEO & Founder
Founder & CEO of Materium : Mathilde Gosselin, Eng. M. A. Sc., brings more than 15 years of industry experience working as a manager, engineer and project manager. She worked 10 years at IBM in R&D. Ms. Gosselin has a chemical engineering degree and a M.A. Sc. in mechanical engineering from Sherbrooke University, the latter completed with IBM. Her work focused on characterisation of Thermal Interface Material (TIM) used in microelectronics. Ms. Gosselin founded Materium in 2010.
Charles Gaudreault is a bioprocess engineer, his expertise covers process development and biological processes. His specific experience in waste water treatment and industrial microbiology is an asset to our team.
Hakim Rahma graduated from University of Bordeaux 1 Science and Technology (France) with a PhD in organic chemistry. Hakim joined Materium after 2 years of postdoctoral experience at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. Multi-disciplinary, his field of expertise covers a broad spectrum including organic chemistry, surface chemistry, materials science, sol-gel chemistry, biomaterials, and anti-microbial materials.
Karine Boisclair is our in-house specialist in charge of production and quality control. When we need to get things done, Karine is always ready to take action !
